The drawback here is you must use kodi`s playlist loader you must take your play list to pastebin or git and make a paste you use the url address of the paste on the playlist loaders remote entry.

for changes to take effect.
The advantages of using the playlist loader is that it is more private than using the streams from a addon which whom you dont know.
Kodi`s pvr client will not work it must be the playlist loader as it understands the plun-in addresses where as the pvr client does not.
