Stuck on Connecting

When I connect my Buzz box to my VPN router and go to live TV, I just get stuck on connecting. If I connect to my non VPN router it works fine. This started after a firmware upgrade was done to my router. Looking for suggestions on what to look at on my router.

When changing your ip address you have to do a iptv reset every time.Have you done that?

I have rebooted the box, what is an IPTV reset?

This “connecting” thing just happened to me.
