Hello
I am having problems connecting my Mag 250, i moved into a rental property yesterday in Tenerife , i was previously in this property Nov /Dec 2015 et that time the owner installed fire optic for me the download speed was around 30 meg , moving back in yesterday i checked download speed it is around 4 meg , the router is situated about 15 metres away , could it be i need to be hardwired for this distance ?? if so how do i do that, if not any other suggestions please.
Further info when i try to join , after going through the motions the side screen status tells me ethernet not available WIF disabled IP not available... i await your replies ....Brian

Let me know what version of software and Which mag you have (250/254 etc) and I will give you a step by step guide.
