Unfortunatly google play service has stopped

my new MXIII G android box has this banner and it wont let me do anything Does any one know how to get reed off please and thank you
i manage to get to the app but nothing works clear cash delete force stop help

Update Unplug it and and now it has the right time but the banner is there

Update: the google beast seems to have gone after i removed the device from the account
some how google thought this divice was stolen and lock it up reasons who knows some setting in there that i did not fill
i don't think i have seen the last of this though i still need to do updates this is a new unit from china it started when i decided to upgrade kodi
that never did

ohh it just sowed up again but clickt on it and is gone will keep you updaded

Anyone know how to fix this? If i do a factory reset would i loose everything or just what i put on it?

Google usually warns through e-mail if it sees a new device being connected, but not sure if that is by default. If the settings on your account don't account for new devices, I can see how Play would stop working for you.

on my google account it has it that it is connected the banner say unfortunately google play servises stopped and you can click it away but comes back two seconds later

You could try clearing data on just that app, and let it get rebuilt after a reboot. It's something I wouldn't have an issue with personally, but it might break your install.

i managed to remove updates from play servises app seems to have fixed it for now, time will tell thank dara
