you are not doing anything wrong, kodi 15.2 will not run on Android 4.1, and Jynxbox M6 will not update to Android 4.2, so you are stuck with Kodi 14.2, until someone figures out how to update the m6 box to Android 4.2 or higher.

Use IPTV STALKER addon on Kodi and iptv will work, you can then use SIMPLE iptv client with the IPTV STALKER to get guide, all the tutorials are in the Kodi section.
