how to install r10 and where is file

read how to do r8 dont understand no file for r10 said box has autoupdate how does that work and their"s no sticky. ive did usb downloads for dlink .
also evertime i try to set up box it reboots and goes to a black screen- didnt put codes in just change the weather to fahrenheit and dhcp- do i need to put timeserver in,then reboot?
once it goes to black screen -it takes forever to to get back to from tv settings. could i have a bad box appreciate any help

thanks i'll try again did it yesterday did the same thing tried today did not put url in did same again. do i need logo or r10 to make this work

Try adding the _ logo

need to download r10 need file and how i cannt do anything until i do that - i donnt have a place for name when you puy in server codes not worried about logo, i got main screen
without logo any help would be nice been 2 days trying to set up!!
