Missing Mac Address, No server settings (TVOnline only), Package Installer stuck, NAND_FLASH Error?Are you experiencing any of the titled problems? A simple factory data reset might do the trick, however, sometimes you will need a custom update sent to your device. No problem though we have got you covered. Go fill out this form (http://sn.avov.tv) and make sure to put in all the required information. We can push an update to your device based on your serial number. This update will fix any of the listed issues and will get your box up and running again.

If you are unsure if you need this or not, please open a support ticket first and have the support staff instruct you on what to do. These updates are time consuming so please only fill them if you are certain you comply with the issue. All form posts will get pushed to the Mickyhop developers and they will be able to institute the update. Try to look through the other articles to see if you can find your issue there as well.

I've sent in 2 tickets and they just respond on Tuesday and gave me the option to wait for an update or send it back, I opted to send back but waiting for them to give me the address and any other info I may need to go with it. I have the TV ONLINE not complaining I know things can probably get crazy just trying to find best option. Thanks

I follow the tech instruction and did a manual factory rest but it didn't work .this is how I got mine working but I put a sd card in download the memory cleaner app and clean everything and i was good to go.

How do you download memory cleaner to sd card and will a thumb drive work the same. Thanks

just put the sd card on your box then go to the market place and download the memory cleaner

it doesnt give me the option to download to box or sd card and when trying to install from box i get same error message and it stays stuck on 0

Factory Data Reset



Having trouble with your box? Is something not working when it should? A factory reset might fix your problem. Both resets perform the exact same thing. Only use the manual reset if you cannot get the box to boot properly. BEFORE YOU CONTINUE, make sure to re-input your information when you start up the box for the first time. Also write down or save any information you might need, the factory reset will completely wipe your box of any saved data.



Regular Factory Data Reset.
Go to the settings tab in the main menu > Click on the pink system info button > Click on factory data reset.





Manual Factory Data Reset.

1) Make sure the box is connected to the TV by HDMI or RCA
2) Make sure the power is plugged out of the box
3) Push and hold the reset button with the pin for 10 seconds
4) Continue to hold it down and plug the power into the box
5) Hold the reset button for at least another 5 seconds and then let go
6) Proceed to wait for a bit while the box resets, it should open up again in console mode
7) Select the factory data reset option
8) The box will perform a factory data reset and reboot
9) It should then boot normally and start working. If it boots into the console mode again, make sure to just select perform normal boot up (I believe it is the first option)

your full of it !..............no avov box can download apps from the mickeyhop market.....they can only install or uninstall;

Great question...........Can't be done......only thing that can fix that problem is to do a factory default by holding in the reset button..........
