View Full Version : No display on the tv, avov tvonline

since yesterday I'm having trouble with my avov tvonline, it doesn't display anything on the tv, both HDMI and rca, when either of the cables are connected it says there is no signal, anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix for it?

I'm not sure what to do since there is no display, also I can not do manual factory Reset by pressing the restore button on the back of the box since there is a custom startv software installed on it. Someone told me that because of it I couldn't do manual factory restore.

I'm using rocket server, and the box is avov tvonline, I'm not using any other p$, the issue is not the service but the box it self that doesn't display anything on the tv.

turn box off, unplug it for 10 in the meantime reboot modem/router

BTW, you do fac reset in your menu..

I did that. I unplugged it last night and plug it back this morning, but no display on tv, neither the HDMI nor the AV, I can't do factory reset from the Manu since cant see anything on the screen. My other tvonline box is working fine so I don't think the issue is with modem/router, I also tried the box at my neighbour yesterday but the same result, no display

you'll have to do a manual reset, use toothpick at rear of box and hold button in while powering back up for a few

i forgot to ask you did change the hdmi cable and when you got used the toothpick you did see a screen that you could reset right

Did you try it on another tv? maybe its your TV settings.
