AVOV VIXO 2 Constantly shuts off

I have a VIXO 2 Build !.07 that always randomly shuts off most of the time it works great but at some point it just shuts itself off and won't reboot until I either unplug for 10 plus minutes or do a factory restart.
Anyone else have such problems? If so what to do?

you need to create a ticket with AVOV , hopefully you won't have to mail it in!!

yea should not do that i keep mine on 24/7 here is were you can make a ticket and talk to them
