I bought china clone mag250 everything is the same but when i try to load the portal it says stb is not supported. Anyone know why or how to make it work?

this isn't really an iks66 problem but, I would say you are out of luck. The real mags have embedded macs and they also send a unique id #. How did you pay for this box?, you may be able to do a charge back or file a complaint. This is why it's so important to buy from an reputable, authorized dealer or directly from the source...IMO

The macs start out the same to 00:1a:79
Etc but i notice when i goto device info it says mag 245

there is no mag 245...never was
