Not sure if anyone else experiences this but here goes:
When I use the TvOnline app, I encounter an issue when I watch a channel. After a period of time has passed, the channel goes from full screen to a smaller screen. The best way to describe the shape of the channel is to envision the size when the menu pops up but only instead, the entire black ground is black. The channel still works but I don't know why the size is changing? Any ideas?

This is not the actual image. However, if you imagine the same size video with an entirely black background in place of the menu, this is the problem I have. Doesn't happen every time but it's random.
