is there any way i can change my avov online mac add, mac of my avov is allrady assind on pappio, i cant change on pappio???

A lot of people have seen the same problem. There are several ways to solve this problem, but, I solved it for me by changing the case of the letters A-F in the mac to lower case.

That is very strange because the first part, which is rigid has an "A". The rigid part is 00:1A:79: The rest is unique to your box and should not be posted here. But when I first registered a mac address it wanted capital letters. If I used lowercase it said that the mac was in use. Then to get the subscription to work the box after it took the mac I had to change it to lower case.
