My upgrade still not here

I sent my upgrade amount and still no response I got a response for 1 but not the other I sent it 3 days ago my yearly subscription is slowly decreesing with no tv and also the over payment can you just apply that to my days left on my account is that posiable instead of sending money back and forth thx larry

Ok everything is good now they papio is going to pay the over payment back and I have all my upgrades tv working again thx a lot for all your help
