HTTP Error 404 Not Found

Hi there, I hope someone can help me coz I'm proper stuck:confused:. I'm using the latest Kodi 15.1 on the fire stick and I just added the mac address assigned to my donation to IPTV, NFPS, PORTAL 1. The url is hxxp://11.iptvprivateserver.tv/. I click okay and it takes me back to the page with NFPS - Rocket - IPTV66, I click on NFPS and I receive the message 'HTTP Error 404 Not Found'. This is my first time trying to set this up and scouring various threads I was able to find a conclusive solution or one that worked in my case. I tried the shortening of my mac address, the last 3 pairs also which didn't work.

The 404 error is usually seen in IPTV Stalker if you don't follow the tutorial. Are you sure you are using PVR Stalker client?

Hey there Dara. Okay i've managed to get it working now. What appeared to be the issue in my case was that I was using the IPTV stalker plugin instead of the PVR client 0.8.3, so I'm just skimming through the channels now and all looks good. How do you get the EPG/Guide working ?

for pvr stalker the epg info is added below where u entered your mac and server address...scroll down.
use..
xmltv only
remote path
and use epg links from
http://**********

Is that the one I would use for specifically if I just wanted English listing?

that's a webpage containing all the epg links available.
for English only use
http://**********/NFPSE.xml

Is it normal for EPG not to load on occasions? It was working fine earlier but now it doesn't seem to load.

not normal but there are some server issues,psycon has been in contact with the server provider about it.
I was experiencing same thing today,sometime it loads,sometimes it don't.
keep trying and eventually it should load again.i wait a few min when it fails and it usually works the 2nd time.

update on last post,i just logged in and checked the server and the files are not the right size so something is broken.no doubt related to what I said above.so look in the epg thread(clairvoyants) and at the end somewhere you will see where I uploaded my home files to use for now.use them as a local file not remote.
