stuck on blue screen on fire tv as well on computer

Hi guys, I need some help with STB emulators. i have latest version installed on amazon fire tv and android tablet. using http://iptvrocket.is/ for donation. i have entered all information correctly.
MAC id also registered with service but stuck on blue screen with incomplete progress back.
