Mxq s805 tv problem

Hi .. I'm don't know if someone is having the same problem that is having.. o have 2 Tvs in home Emerson and Sanyo.. this box work good on the Sanyo tv.. but don't work on the Emerson.. somebody knows why?

Tv shot down every time that i plug the hdmi cable.. I'm sure its nothing wrong with the tv coz I'm using the same hdmi port to conect a dvd player and work good.. it's someting wrong with this box, looks like is not compatible with this tv.. someone having the same problem?

Try using a different cable

It's quite possibly something to do with the box's display settings. The Sanyo is probably 1080p. When connected to the Sanyo try disabling auto detect HDMI, change the resolution setting to a lower resolution e.g. 1280x720p & connect to the Emerson (assuming that the Emerson is is 720p capable).

Yes the Emerson is 720p and and the Sanyo is 1080p . Will try do that and see what happen..
