your posted url is incorrect. To delete cloud go to market, click app and you will see the option to un-install

check your mac addy, have you linked new donation # to mac??

Your URL should be 11.iptvrocket.tv. Do not forget the IPTV part. Your mac address should be registered with lower case a-f. If you do these two things then you should connect. Get a mod or admin here to check your information for you, BUT, PM them, do not post your private information of your account in the public forum.

On the top of the login for the unit it says Stalker servers then it has Mac=00:.:.: when I enter that addess at rockets site it says it is invalid also tried a new donation with the same results
