Having problems with vixio2

i have checked everything all settings the Internet connection TV online app server settings is all right I have. Loaded the MAC address 4 times I,m not new to setting one of these boxes up I have set one up for myself but getting this other one up and running for my father it won't connect any other solutions I,m so stuck thx Larry

see if you can play movie 25 from the channel store if it loads and plays your internet is fine

Still nothing won't connect URL is http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ I also used the credentials because that's how I got my other vixio2 working so I don't understand why it won't connect and movie25 works

Just a thought, have you linked the device MAC address?

Yes I hav and checked twice it has to be on server end cause everything looks fine here rocket is not picking up Mac address and when I loaded Mac # I got successful change

look at may my your mac address check the box again and write down numbers some times a 3 is 8 or 8 is B

What if someone is using this MAC address because all that changes in mac address is the last two numbers

change all A-F to lower case a - f. I find that mine would not connect with upper case letters registered with rocket.

I did that but when MAC address goes in its slot it goes to upper case automatic would it be posiable that my donation is only for iks and not iptv

I have checked the Mac it's all right I have checked server settings all ok so tell me why won't it connect it is not picking up server and I was told that iptv is having this sort of problem with rocket numbers now my other box connected no problem why won't a second box connect I have checked my Mac on donation all is ok it reads right pls help

Try lower case letters in your mac address

78 might be 79 or vice versa 3rd set of # left to right

did that box ever worked before or u are just setting it up for the first time? and are u using an ethernet cable? is it going straight from modem to box?

Box is all working just connected after 2 days without changing anything so either someone rebooted the server or the box was jammed so that's all I can come up with thx a lot guys for all your suggestions look forward to be testing with you all
