hi I was just wondering if there is a way or channel to watch UFC network in English?

Sorry, not at this time, at least from the iptv servers. There are other methods to get this though.

Look into Kodi and add-ons for it. The server may include the english version in the future, I kind of doubt if its a major issue for them to have this in english.
