Hello All

I want to eventually become an IPTV and IKS reseller. IPTV is illegal same as IKS correct? I live in Canada.

How do resellers promote their services? Isn't it easy for them to get caught? I see ads for people promoting this but I've always assumed that it was risky.

How can this be done properly?
