stalker client unable to load channels

When kodi starts up I get stalker client unable to load channels on it. Started doing it about 3 hours ago was working fine yesterday have not changed anything in settings.this is happening on my laptop, my fire stick and my android box. Has something changed I don't know about?

Go to all your devices and make sure you do not have Send Serial number option enabled in any of the Stalker Clients. You probably have this enabled in one or more. This locks out all other clients when this is enabled. Once all are disabled you will have to change your MAC and update all your clients with the new MAC.
