Help please!!!

Most of my premium channels are micro freezing every other minute or so. Is there any trick to get this fix? I have 50 MB of internet speed and box is connected by Ethernet cable. Thanks!!!!!!

try and reboot router and try static and dns1 is 8.8.8.8 dns2 8.8.4.4

box will not connect to the internet on Static dns1 8.8.8.8 and dns2 8.8.4.4. Am i doing it wrong? or is there anything alse i can try? Help is greatly appreciate thanks

try that but it still freezes for about 4sec every 2-3 minutes is there anything alse i can try or is there any other box that does not freezes.

you should be fine now they fix a lot of stuff go a try wireless too had to do that on my mag
