Error when launching IPTV Stalker

I donated to IPTV Rocket and am trying to get it to work in IPTV Stalker. Getting the following error when launching stalker...

<urlopen error [Errno 4] non-recoverable failure in name resolution

Any ideas? As far as I know my settings are correct.
