Epg iks66

On one device the epg is only showing the UK channels and not the full channel list.
I have checked and rechecked the settings and both appear to be idenical. Any ideas?

The only difference is devices, one is a PC and other an android stick.

They are working on the epg ,It will take sum time for them to get it right.
