View Full Version : iptv service stopped after a day, refuses to load

i purchased iptv service from iks66 , it worked for one day and stopped and has not worked since last night, it remains on the loading screen and it never loads, i have reset all setting update the mag 254 nothing works, it just remains on the blue screen where the yellow bar should load but the yellow bar never loads , I went ahead and signed up to ****Staff Edit**** service , where i got a three day trial and it works so i know the issue is not with the box but the service, Please advice, thanks859

need more info to help, what have you already done to correct the problem?

I factory reset the box several times and placed back the settings in there that i have been using and have used for several other boxes, i also updated the box still nothing, if I leave on the box for the entire day it just remains at the blue screen, i wont even get some sort of error message , i have done everything i could .

What URL are you using? IPTV66 - http://66.iptv66.tv
Is your mac address looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX where the x's belong to your box
When using mag 254 you must use the mac address from that box

yes i am using http://66.iptv66.tv , this is the fifth mag254 i am setting up none gave me any issues before this one, all my settings are correct and the mac address is registered , not sure where to turn this does not make any sense to me it worked for one night then just stopped

Someone may be using the MAC. You can send a picture of the MAC sticker with your donation details to support@ iks66.tv and they should be able to take care of you.
