just purchased ,wont let me enter mac address

Hi I just purchased a code,got the email with my iks number and order number. I go to the site and try to "link a mac" for my mag 254

all it keeps saying is Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.


never did that with the last code I purchased.

I had the same issue.. i was putting in the order# try it with the route number.. (the one right beside 'add a MAC' )
