MAG 250 emulator and Kodi

Can I use the 250 emulator and also kodi on the same box as the mac address is the same.

You mean STB emu, right? You can use Kodi 'staker' add-ons and the STB emu, emulating the MAG 250, using the same MAC, but can't have both running at the same time.
