View Full Version : TV Online stopped working

I have AVOV2 which has been working flawlessly for about a month. Yesterday server would not connect. I've checked settings, did factory reset and reinterred all info but still a no go on TV online. All other apps are working great. I have two other AVOV units, first AVOV white top and AVOV 1, both are working great from same router. Only opinions or advise on this will be appreciated.

hi tv online also stop, the loading bar will not load the other apps are working

check server setting and see if you are connecting ,avov working fine here.

Server settings are correct. MAC address is good per iks rocker check

Yup, I ordered two when they first came out and gave my son one and it's working. And as I stated I have two other AVOV's working.

see funny thing a few days ago my avov2 messed up had to redo all check if you still have any memory left mine was full thats why it didnt work for me and when you did a reset did it update after you loaded the wifi info in

Sometimes something so strange can be fixed by doing a really basic hard restart. Try pulling the power out and plugging it back in. Try resetting the box like that a few times and see if it works.

Did Factory reset this morning bib not look at mb's but it was not over 1/4 full. I completed another reboot, install all information and still no TV online. Movie 25, 1 channel and porn work.

ok check your mac address and the url thats all it could be

First of all I thank everyone for their assistants/support,what a great site:) checked Mac against iks rocket Mac checker and it was good. Url is Same as other units. Also checked pass word several times as well. I will give it a couple of days and try it again. One last question I subscribed to three MAC addresses. I have another white top AVOV can I disconnect unit I'm having issues with and transfer url and password to it?

yes you can but must change the mac address from the box to new mac address

I know how to change Mac on my mag, could you please point me in the right direction to read how to on changing Mac on AVOV

Not gonna be able to do that. Mac addresses are created uniquely with the hardware. Once it is made the Mac address is now associated with your serial number forever. Obviously there are ways to change it (on our end) but its such a pain to do so and that is not an option. Looks to me like their is some sort of authentication issue with your account. There has already been a lot of reports with peoples donations not working.

what i mean is you must use that mac address from the box you want to work cant use the old same mac address from another box each has there own address

I think you miss understood. Your box is fine, problem lies with the donation as far as i see it.

i dont think he knows each box has it own mac address and must use the one thats on the box to work as long as you use that mac address for that box and a donation your fine and to find do you know how to find the mac address for each box

Not to belabor the issue, but why did the authentication work when first enitialzed url and password and worked for a month.

look things happen my mac address became all zero at one time that's why i ask you to check you mac address and what url are you using lots of times it not the box problem but what info it has to get running now if all where saying they are down i would say its them but i say most of us are running great again please check your donation and mac address and url

I requested two donations July 22. I entered two different MAC address when ordered. When donations were received they both had same macs. I changed one Mac to match AVOV. All was good until a couple days ago. After tremendous help from site members I found the Mac I changed last month to match unit actually reverted back to address received with donation. Alls good now.
