How to close the KODI and back to the main menu?

Have my tv online working after registering the MAC address from the box. Went into the Tv addon for KODI,
How do you get out from the app and back to the livetv menu? Thanks.

In Kodi, there is a star and small blue circle on the bottom left hand corner of the Main Screen, click on the circle and a exit popup will appear just click again and it will exit.
