What is the difference between Syndicate Tv and Stalker Tv?

While doing my search on kijiji for IPTV systems (AVOV-TVONLINE unit) I noticed that some Avovs have Syndicate Tv and other Avovs have Stalker TV, they look different. Is one better than the other? My preference is just the American and Canadian live Channels. Dont need international/movies/adult

Looks like these both have American/Canadian and International channels... whats the major difference?

PLEASE IGNORE Stalker and provide info between difference between the 2 ROCKETS.
