mag 254 stuck

remote want work tried holding the av and the off on button only page a m getting is the blue page with saying tv system---graphic res---boot mode---device info---loader info and so on and the only way i got on that page is holding the menu key and unpluging the mag254 in the back and put the plug back...what i need to do to straighten this matter out i have done something wrong

Restart box do not hold down to menu key let it boot

Hold the menu button look for boot mode should be :nand2 then save&exit should resolve the issue.

i have the 254 when i get to step 7 into system setting there is no select reboot device on there am getting stuck there. what to do

i got- net work-video-advance setting-network info- server-audio- keyboard layout- device info- this is all under sytem setting

Is that in the inner portal? or stalker portal?

its #6 on testing out... its press the home key to get back to system setting and then #7 say select reboot device
