Live TV not working VOD ok

Hello guys,

i have an issue with the STB emulator PRO downloaded via MXIII or BlueStacks.
the problem is when i would like to watch TV the streaming is not working at all.
i read almost all topics in this forum and tried differents setting but still failed :

- VLC multimedia plugins
- internal player
- Externals players :
- VLC => error msg : error on this video
- XMTV Player ( with or without HW Encoder) => error msg : impossible to start this video
- VLC streamer
- MX Player ( HW / HW+ / SW) => error msg : impossible to read the link

i have no idea what i can do more.
But the VOD is working fine.

iptv emulator doesnt work for me anymore on my android box. It was working good but stoped working today.
