MAC Address already exist error

When I tried to update my mac ID to my donation, it is showing me an Mac address already exist error on the Papiao site to change mac id. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have the same trouble; maybe we need to change the Mag devices

Erase your mac address and re-enter it they say that works.

If you are using a MAG or AVoV and getting this error with your MAC, after trying what BK said, you'll need to take a picture of your MAC sticker on the bottom of the box and send it with your donation number to "info @ papaio.tv" if on NFPS or Rocket. The rule is 1 Mac to 1 donation.


If you are just using Kodi or an STB Emu, just pick a different MAC.

I think this is what happend, I had linked the wrong mac id from my router before.

just go there and change address just to ez oh and if its a avov or mag one that cant change sent a picture and tell them the problem

forward your original email to that email address again. I did that and about 1 day later they replied.
