File Missing on vod-5 pages only on tv channels

I will have assume that the iptv is down. I have a mag 254, was working last night but not this AM. Movies are saying File missing. Tv channels have only 5 pages starting at channel 140. The channels that do come in have no sound. If I am the only one with this problem please let me know. Thanks

did you reboot your modem, router and box...in that order

not working for me but i get the pages just get all 0 zero to get a movie on avov box

I rebooted modem-router-box as Kool asked. That did the trick. My power went off this am an on/off thing. Every time I have a surge like that (off-on) will I have to do all this again?
