Blocked STB

I have an active Rocket donation. I submitted my Mac address and everything went through.
I am using an Android box , MyGica 1800 with Stalker IPTV Emulator.
When I put in my rocket server in with my Mac Address I get a message " STB is Blocked "
Am I missing information on my end. Any Help is appreciated.

Maybe the mac is used already. First try to reboot. If that does not work check the mac address on the box

I bought from Papiao and the Mac on the STB is the Mac I registered at the Papiao link.
I will try to reboot.
I also do not know how to code my link

Sorry bout the coding. Is the box new or used? If it is used, someone may have tried to use a fraudulently acquired donation and it caused the MAC to get banned.

I solved the problem.
I rebooted the Stb. Then I deleted the emulator. I rand made sure the einstalled the Emulator and verified the Mac address.
I went to Papiao and made sure I registered the same Mac address as the Stb.
I turned the Stb on and put the proper server in the settings and it now works.
