Amazon Fire TV Don't Recognize USB Storage Devices

I have the Fire TV Box, and I can't get it to recognize any USB storage devices, USB Flash Drive, USB External Hard Drive or anything any suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated I've ran out of room on my box?

Anyone else having this problem?
