NFPS Time out?

I've been using IPTV Stalker and PVR Simple for the EPG and it was fine until two weeks ago, now when Kodi starts and begin loading channels, it won't. load and says NFPS Time Out.

What's is wrong, I have another PC with the same settings and is fine.

I have the same exact issue and nobody is saying anything. I have a Pi1, working great. I have a Pi2, now giving me "Timed Out" error when using IPTV Stalker addon.
Tried clearing cache and reboot...nothing. Reinstall fixed this issue before, but not this time. Not sure what else I can do but this always happens on my Pi2.
Like I said, my Pi1 has same exact setup and it works fine. Even my Mac Mini is working fine. But this is getting very annoying to where I'm about to pull the white flag. This is taking too much of my time trying to figure out and support here is about zero on this problem. I was going to donate, but now I am having second thoughts.
