3D Movies

I've noticed that Vixo1 has 3d capability. Not to sure what that means. I found some movies that say they are 3D on them but them seem like regular HD. Can anybody help me out on this whole 3D format on Vixo1? Thanks

you must have a 3d tv most are side by side
