New account info or donation not yet received ??

My friend at “infomap” just requested service almost 9 hours ago at least
and still has not received confirmation of funds being received or account
being confirmed or created and he thought the process would only take
a few minutes at most.
he is afraid his money has been lost in a black hole and I keep trying to
assure Him that everything is fine.

Is it the wrong day or time to request service ?

the time it all takes is never a set thing. It could take 30 minutes or 24 hours or longer.
