Best way to get papioa's attention on this is send in an email to them.
Title the email with a description of the specific issue. That way they will see the issue without even having to open the email, but do describe the issue in full, in that email.
They do get alot of emails as you can guess, so that title is important if you want the attention brought to this.

They are working but they promote other services.
And the sign is very big
