can never complete a recording

I have never been able to complete a recording, on any Buzz box. I have a few. I don't think that it is a problem with the Buzz I think it may be a user problem or a server problem.

As I am recording, sometime during the event I get the famous spinning.....spooling and them I loose the recording, I can restart but never get a complete recording. Any ideas?

That's a server issue not a Buzztv issue.
