need help with epg for xml file

i have live tv working with the settings posted here but for back up i've been experimenting with the xml file generated from mc2xml i need help as to what to use for the epg XMLTV URL been that is.gd/NFPSE doesn't bring up the guide with this set up

The files generated by the go.bat should be in the same folder as go.bat. Select local file, and browse for it there.

ok thanks got it by the way how often should that file be updated.??

I think the script pulls 48 hours of data.
