PVR recoding XRS4500 cannot record VOD on USB

PVR recoding on XRS4500 cannot record VOD on USB but can record Live TV & PPV until they freeze then stop recording. Advice appreciated.

You can not record VOD. But if you upgrade to buzz5 then you can download them. What buzz app version do you have?

I have upgraded to buzz 5, but cannot download movies from VOD. Whenever, I tried to download I get an error message.
