Video club not working on Mag322

Hi everyone hope all is well. I am having trouble with my video club section. I am getting file not found everytime i choose a movie or show but my live tv works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an option to change media player? If yes change to IJK player or try different player if you have an option
