Have problem with EPG

I got a new buzztv 4900 ,when I did my first server set up was great showing the EPG info
now ,I lost it. The EPG say :no information available.:)
How I can be able to enable EPG again?
any advise will be appreciate it.

Maybe its down on your service …most likely
should contact them just in case

clear cache and clear epg then try again :)

I followed Ryu's Instructions: cleared cache and EPG and rebooted.
Working like a charm,and I have also closed caption
