Buzz app and guide

Just been enjoying this new box but was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue
When using the built in buzz ap I have noticed when I am in the guide menu and watching one channel but decide
To use my up or down arrow to read the info information about other channels in top left of guide, sometimes
It will give me that info description for that channel and then when I go up or down with the up or down arrow from remote it will not give me the description for that channel but be stuck with the info that was for the previous
Channel. Once it does this that info from that previous channel is now there for all other channels

The only way I can fix this is by leaving guide and stating over

Anyone else getting this?

I tried on few servers and no issue. might be your server that is hanging or I would reset box to see if that helps. if reset does not help then its server related.

will try that, but i have 2 3900's and one 3000 and all work perfectly and no guide issues

all are on the same serer

I have decided to let my 4900 sit on the shelf and use my 3900's
without guide info working properly , 3900's are working perfect
Is there an ETA on getting the newer 4900's fixed ?

They released a beta update a couple of weeks ago.

Check for update.Then enter 2015 with remote.If you don't get it you should get it by Tuesday when they update mac list.

took the new beta update but it still does not work right at all, it is hit and miss with guide info , sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, it will get stuck on one channel guide info even after you curser down to other channels

Very frustrating to say the least , can someone explain to me why a newer 4900 is doing this but the older 4900's no not please

I really just want to use this box that i purchased back in December

You've missed several updates.

It has nothing to do with the latest batch Its the software

As I stated I'm at version 5.0.699 and don't have guide issues.
To me that means they indeed did fix it.
