Lost Menu... BuzzTV XRS4500

On the remote I press the Menu Button & the Menu Box appears on the left side of the TV... But it's empty except for saying IPTV Options.
Any help on restoring the Menu catagories?

while on a LiveTV channel, press the OK button and then the left arrow.

I unplugged box from AC for 30 minutes then it came back by pressing the Menu Button on the remote. Thanks for your reply.
