EPG Missing

Why have channels 307 HBO Comedy East, 308 HBO Zone, 315 Moviemax, 316 ThrillerMax, 321 Showtime showcase East, 324 Showtime Next, 343 StarzEncore Action, 353 Starz Cinema East, 355 Starz In Black East , have not had epg guide for the longest time and has not got resolved can somebody look into this or is there a fix using Dreamlink T3

the source is issue I believe as all my devices are blank for EPG as well. They started fading over weekend & now all are blank. this has happened before & stayed offline a few days then one day all back so i wouldn't panic just yet but on other hand september is international preparedness month so perhaps there are new options undiscovered.

try to reboot your system and see if that fix your guide issue.

With the Dreamlink T3 you have the option to set up an optional Playlist connection method instead of connecting to the Server portal using your MAC# authentication.
Connecting using a MAC# gives you no option but the Providers EPG, which is usually the source of most EPG complaints.
Alternately you set up a playlist login in the DL T3 Server settings, which gives you the option to use an alternate EPG guide source, like AcidJ's , Kens guide_ks, or any others.
The Dreamlink section probably has detailed instructions.

As anticipated, EPG(kens) began repopulating spontaneously yesterday & all is back as it should be.
