I will give you my break down for all Premium Channels:

Spanish: HBO: 2 West, Xtreme, Max, Plus, Family West, West. Stars Classic, Stars Hits(is actually Fox Premium).

English: HBO: Signature, Comedy, Zone. Cinemax Channels: Cinemax, Movie Max, Thriller Max, Action Max, More Max.
Showtime Showcase. Movie Channel Xtra.

*Just for clarity, ...
English "AUDIO Language" versions of channels, are in the 300's.
Spanish "AUDIO Language" versions of channels, are duplicated and separate, higher up in the 900-1300's. (as shown in the list).
FYI;
Most broadcast channels on Cable or Satellite, will have 2 audio channels: Main and Secondary Audio Program(SAP).
North America will have English and Spanish, and some will reverse the 2 audios and list them as separate channels. Some do not.

I can't explain this Providers logic regarding Categories and the way channels are grouped (NOT separating languages or grouping Countries).
Recommendations were suggested, none were made, so gave up trying!

If they separated the English channels from the non English channels and provided the means to "Donate" for the English package and provided a separate package for Spanish, Latino and an International package for all other languages, it would separate these issues without having to wade through what is and what isn't and whatever is down, up or in between. No point in requesting new channels when there are too many having issues which begin with too much demand on some servers, buffering, freezing, no video, looping until somebody gets around to bumping the needle. Not much point in trying to figure out what is on an english channel if the guide is in Spanish or sifting through the Spanish channels to see which ones are in English with Spanish subtitles. Suffice to say, there's room for improvement.
