Yesterday was dusty with visibility being not the best. The weather had not been so dry as it rained the night before, but the track does dry fast . They really packed er and the drainage off the track is great.
After yesterday's Cup Car Heat Race Qualifying, it looks like Ryan Blaney is fastest.

The Trucks went out on the track today to finish their Heat Race Qualifying laps.
But it did not work out so good.
Raining.
The track is wet, the dirt is wet.
So that leads to mud caked windshields and mud caked radiators. Trucks are now sitting and waiting till the track,, or I should say the mud drys up.
I think the trucks are scheduled to race this afternoon or this evening.

Happy Harvick is in a Truck today but seems he does not like the dirt. He does not have much experience on dirt tracks to begin with.
Happy is sitting way back in the pack in both Trucks and Cup cars, maybe not so 'Happy'

Rain is coming harder now at Bristol ... this might cancel the day for the Trucks.

Cup cars have not raced in the dirt in over 50 years.
Trucks have raced in the dirt in recent years with some winners listed below...
Kyle Larson
Christopher Bell
Chase Briscoe
Austin Dillion
Bubba Wallace
Crafton

UPDATED:
Trucks cancelled at Bristol.
Rescheduled to run Sunday, after the Cup cars

Looks like FS1 is now replaying yesterday's Cup Heat Races / practice laps
